These merchandise include apparells with FG logos and the girl's names imbed on each. some of the apparells are based on what the member's had worn on stage since the members are usually seen wearing personalized apparells.

The FG members themselves werent able to make it to the opening day but sent a live video message for the people in attendance. We get to interview the store manager and head designer about the store's concept.

Reporter: The store's concept is very unique. How did you come up with it?

HD: we have thought about the prospect of having a store like this since last year. it started in a really unorthrodox way. in the dressing room everything is chaos and sometimes the girl's outfits would get mixed up so we put names in each, they thought it would be fun to include their names in the design itself, a way of personalized clothing. it became s huge hit with the fans and as they say, the rest is history.

SM: so basically we got a solution to the problem AND started a new fashion craze.

Reporter: We hear that you also sell the apparels that the girl's have worn onstage?

SM: yes. some fans really wants an exact same copy of shall we say a belt with Alyce's name on it that she wore at a live performance and other stuff that they have seen the girls wore. this store would make acquiring those stuff easier.

Reporter: WOW! so it's like we are one of the group!!

HD: exactly!! that's what the girl's want their fans to feel.

SM: they dont want the fans to feel as only fans but actully one of the members as well and they can be in this way.

Reporter: So what are the items that the fans really crave? the item that got sold out immediately?

SM: one of our best sellers are the colored shirts with the girls' names on it. we of course have hot pink for the leader, suzy, red for G-yan, green for Alyce and Yellow for Tin. those are the ones that really flew right out the shelfs. hahaha.

H: the fans also have a choice to either buy the colored shirt with the members' names on it OR they can have their names on it.

Repoter: really? a personalized FG colored shirt? HD: yes. they can request the store staff to have thier names printed instead.

SM: we dont only have clothes but accessories as well.

Reporter: can you tell us some of these?

HD: there are stuff that the girl's use that are not from the styling team and these become huge hits with the fans and they also want the same kind. during one of the fan meetings, a fan gave Suzy a hot pink syringe & nursing cap phone accessory and immediately after she was spotted using it on several occassions, the demand for the merchandise rose drastically so we decided to include that in our line. we also have G-yan's stuffed dolphin toy and others.

SM: but of course not after getting permission from the girl who gave Suzy the item. we get the necessary copyright from every item we sell that didnt come from the design team. we also have the same item with other members' color

Repoter: does she get a percent of the total sale as well?

SM: ahahaha. you should ask the lawyers for that kind of stuff.

Repoter: we also heard some of the money goes to charity?

HD: yes. the members were adamant to include some of their chosen charity to benefit from the total sales.

Reporter: wow! really?

SM: yes. the girl's wanted more people to benefit from this venture.

Repoter: any future plans for the store?

SM: plans to open branches in other countries are being talked about but of course this branch will have a distinction of being the first. We also have scheduled some activities for the coming months to keep the fans active and if we are lucky and schedlues permit, we might see by girls in some activities.

HD: speaking of the girls, they have expressed their interest in craeting their own line to be distributed exclusively by the store.

Reporter: really? that's great news!!

HD: they girls' have great eye for fashion as you can see with their airport clothes which have been increasingly popular nowadays and they want to share it with the fans. although that maybe possible later this year since the girls are still very budy with album promotions. --- As proof for the girls' inevitable fashion sense, they have started the "airport fashion" trend. fans have been diligently following what the girls wear when they travel.

The members' personal style is evident in airport pictures since they get to wear what they personally prefer during those times. "fans dont really notice what their idols wear when travelling but FG members' impecabble fashion since is hard to just ignore. they wear things that would look informal or lousy on other people but looks like the next fashion trend on them. they are probably the only ones that can make wearing corrective eyeglasses, retainers or flip flops or even sweat pants be the "it" thing"
